Do you only advise, or do you implement?
Both. Engagements range from executive strategy and board advisory to hands-on campaign management, outreach, digital marketing, donor systems, and event execution.
Can you work with organizations outside Chicago?
Yes. I work with organizations nationwide and can support strategy, systems, marketing, and donor engagement remotely while coordinating local outreach when needed.
Can you help a new nonprofit?
Yes. I can help shape the mission, operating plan, fundraising strategy, digital presence, launch campaign, and early donor systems.
How long does an engagement take?
Focused strategy projects may take several weeks. Campaigns and growth engagements often run for three to twelve months, depending on the goals and scope.
Do you guarantee fundraising results?
No ethical consultant can guarantee donations. I build the strategy, systems, messaging, and execution needed to improve performance, then track results and optimize the work.
